How do I set a default (remembered) exchange rate?

The “help” index is incomplete. Is there a way to set the default currency for transactions?
The real help for MRP are the videos on thesorbos.com.
However MRP remembers currency accounts in this way:
1. It remembers the last currency type ($,Rubles, Peso) used in your quarterly report.
2. The default rate is the rate set in the Tools | Edit Accounts. HOWEVER, you can set that default rate very easily. After entering a new rate that you want to use in the future, hit the D button immediately to the right of the exchange rate box on the transaction entry screen.
